Well played, son; well played.

Gage just dominated a game of Monopoly he and I were playing. He had 16 properties including 2 monopolies, along with 3 hotels and 9 houses, and he had something like $4000 (which, in the 1946 version of the game, is a whole lot). I had $47 and all my properties were mortgaged. Apparently, he's better with money at age 6 than I am at 31. ;) It was fun anyway. And he's practicing his addition, subtraction, and money managment skills, so it's a win-win. Well, for him, anyway. :)

  1. Wow! Great picture! I'm impressed that you are playing Monopoly with Gage -- what a great way for him to learn. Love your new blog!
